During his visit to the U.S. Virgin Islands in December 2009 for the presentation of Efa and the Mosquito (see photo album), our writer and publisher Mario Picayo also found the time to read his best-selling title A Caribbean Journey from A to Y (Read and Discover What Happened to the Z) at Undercover Bookstore on St. Croix and at Dockside Bookshop on St.Thomas. Mario also left signed copies for the National Park Service’s bookstore on St. Croix and at Island Fancy on St John. Both store count “A Caribbean Journey from A to Y” among its top sellers. Mario even autographed copies for some loyal fans, including Santa Claus!
All in all a very rewarding trip to the islands where “A Caribbean Journey from A to Y” was written and the place that Mario fondly calls home.
